Ok I'm confused

I was looking at a photo in my gallery, Kitten004.
It says it was favourited 24,579 times, but when I click on the link to see who faved it it only lists three people.

I really don't understand this.

It also got 24,596 views, which is cool.

Awesome! Hah for my makeup class for school my friend Adam is doing the Joker a la The Dark Knight, and I'm doing Harley Quinn if she was in one of the new movies so I'm sure to make it creepy. ^_^
